A talk with a "kiwadoi (risky) theme, such as standard topic that has been talked about too much, or a tricky topic that is too surprising to discuss. Can the gentlemen of JUMP overcome this difficult request? (See Difficulty of Talk = Refer to Kiwadoi Level)

Yamada Ryosuke x Nakajima Yuto

Theme: Talk about favourite ○○

Kiwadoi Level 4
Talk about favourite flowers

Nakajima: I like fluffy flowers, like Chinese peonies and tree peonies.

Yamada: I know tree peonies, but I don't know Chinese peonies at all...

Nakajima: I thought "this flower is pretty cute~" so I looked it up and found out that it was a Chinese peony and it had an amazing name, so it left an impression on me. Yamada-san's favourite flower is a rose, needless to say.

Yamada: I surprisingly like casuarinas more than roses.

Nakajima: Ah~ so you prefer wildflowers.

Yamada: I'm attracted to neat and clean flowers rather than showy ones.

Nakajima: I have flowers I like, but I don't buy really them myself. When I get them for my birthday or when I've finished shooting for something, I just take them home and display them.

Yamada: I also display them when I get them. When I visited Yuto's house, he had flowers on display.

Nakajima: Oh, really?

Yamada: Yeah, in the kitchen.

Nakajima: That's right.

Yamada: There are times you get them, but is there ever a time when you give them to someone else?

Nakajima: No, I haven't. I ordered a cake for Mother's Day online and sent it to her, too, since she was in self-quarantine.

Yamada: I think people choose who they give flowers to, don't they? If it's between guys, I think it's would be hard for them to find a place to put them, even if I gave them.

Nakajima: Ah, but Takaki-san said in an interview the other day that he is trying to decorate with flowers that he's received recently. So it would look good if I gave him roses or something like that (laughs).

Yamada: The flowers that suit Yuto are the ones where you suck the sweet nectar that often bloom on the side of roads and in a few flowerbeds.

Nakajima: Tsutsusi (T/N: A type of Azalea native to Japan)! How nostalgic (laughs).

Yamada: I think we both used to suck it (laughs).

Nakajima: We did! We did! Like there was no tomorrow! (laughs)

Yamada: So now that I'm an adult, I want to give that away in large quantities (laughs).

Nakajima: I think it's nice to receive flowers now that have those childhood memories. If I received a bed of tsutsusi flowers at home, it would be a bit annoying though (laughs).

Kiwadoi Level 3
Talk about favourite colours

Nakajima: Maybe I might be attached to my member colour.

Yamada: Me too. Whenever I'm asked to choose one of several colours, I tend to say "red".

Nakajima: For me, when I see light blue, I think "It's my colour!" (laughs).

Yamada: Yuto's personal clothes today were also light blue.

Nakajima: I heard beforehand that we were going to talk about colours for today's interview, so I wore my member colour.

Yamada: What a good child! (T/N: Yamada uses the word コ or child to describe the members a lot. I'm not sure how to put this properly into English).

Nakajima: I'm 100% kidding (laughs).

Yamada: The only red clothing I have is a t-shirt.

Nakajima: You can't help but have a lot of colors that don't stand out, right? Like black and navy.

Yamada: Well, my pants today are the ones with lions on them.

Nakajima: Really? Cute! (laughs).

Yamada: Other than clothes, I like blue these days.

Nakajima: I think I like green. When I celebrated my birthday this year on the set of my drama (Suits 2), I received a bouquet of flowers, which leads me back to what we were talking about earlier. The colour scheme of the bouquet was a combination of green, white and yellow, and I thought the contrast was beautiful and summery. I've been interested in green ever since.

Yamada: In my case, my whole game room is blue.

Nakajima: Do you mean you've got too many monitors and the blue light is turning it blue?

Yamada: No, no (laughs). It's a uniform colour like the blue of a neon lamp.

Nakajima: Wow. That's so cool, it's got a cyber feel to it.

Yamada: Yeah. I thought it would be like a foreign gamer (laughs).

Nakajima: Yamada's house is really stylish. I even borrowed his shower the last time I was there, and the bathroom is beautiful, and it's felt like "a celebrity's house!" I think it's amazing how much attention to detail he put into his private space to improve yourself. My house is made up of all the things I like, so it's a bit disjointed.

Yamada: Hahaha! Indeed, if I had to describe the taste of Yuto's house in one word, the perfect word would be "Hobbies!" (laughs) (T/N: Shumi). But if you ask me which one I would feel more comfortable in, I feel more comfortable in Yuto's house.

Nakajima: That might be true. When I go to Yamada's house, I want to make it messy because it's so perfect. It's like I want to lay down on the couch!

Yamada: I'm not a clean freak, so I'm totally fine with that kind of thing. Lay down as much as you want (laughs).

Kiwadoi Level 8
Talk about favourite dinosaurs

Yamada: (About the talk) Dinosaurs!

Nakajima: But I quite like dinosaurs, like Stegosaurus, Triceratops, and Pachycephalosaurus. My favourite was probably a Spinosaurus. But I'm quite fond of dinosaurs, like Stegosaurus, Triceratops, and Pachycephalosaurus. My favourite is probably a Spinosaurus. They have long mouths and crocodile-like features and huge dorsal fins. It's the dinosaur that fought the T-Rex in the movie "Jurassic Park III".

Yamada: Uwa~ I only know about the famous ones like Tyrannosaurus and Triceratops. And I also know about Pteranodon. Do you have any dinosaurs you want to meet, Yuto?

Nakajima: I'm afraid of carnivores, so I prefer herbivores.

Yamada: Come to think of it, we learned on "Little Tokyo Life" a long time ago that birds have dinosaur DNA.

Nakajima: Oh yeah, chickens and all that.

Yamada: So there is a theory that maybe birds are dinosaurs!

Nakajima: With dinosaurs I'd like to meet, I think I'd like to ride on the back of a pteranodon for a bit.

Yamada: That's the world of "Jurassic Park", right?

Nakajima: Yes. I want to fly through the sky! I'd rather have a chameleon or an iguana than a dinosaur if I'm going to keep them as a pet.

Yamada: Iguanas are dinosaurs too because they look like a dinosaur.

Nakajima: I know, right? But I want to walk around with one on my shoulder because they're cute. I'm sure people will look at me funny and think, "What's with that guy?" (laughs).

Yamada: If I'm going to have one, I'm going to have a sloth. You know, it eats one leaf a day, right? So it doesn't cost money for food, it's cute, and it's my dream to hug it as I sleep in bed ♡

Inoo Kei x Arioka Daiki

Theme: What if ○○?

Kiwadoi Level 4
What if you could acquire a special ability?

Arioka: Hmmm, I wonder. But with Inoo-chan, I think he would be more like a medium or summoning type. I'm assuming this talk is about fighting, but honestly, I don't mind if I don't have to fight myself (laughs).

Inoo: Your way of thinking is very impressive. You know me well. But for me, I would like the ability to go where I want to go quickly.

Arioka: I get it! I'd also like to warp too!

Inoo: Oh, I see, it was a warp, to put it stylishly. I just realised that (laughs). I think it would be nice if I had zero travel time when I travelled, so it wouldn't be a waste.

Arioka: Yeah, I'd like to go around the world in a day. Egypt in the morning, Italy in the afternoon, and the U.S. at night... something like that (laughs).

Inoo: Also, it's good because it reduces the risk of accidents when you're on the move.

Arioka: That's true. Come to think of it, when I was little, I saw Goku move instantly in "Dragon Ball" and I was like, "That's amazing!" So I tried to do the finger on my forehead pose a few times, but it was no use. If things don't go well, I did better than Kamehameha.

Inoo: That's very Dai-chan-like. Speaking of which, I once tried to make my hair red because I was drawn to anime characters. couldn't do it in the end, though.

Kiwadoi Level 5
What if you could change places with someone else?

Arioka: I'd like to be Tokoro-san (George) (T/N: A Japanese comedian and TV personality). I'd feel like a cool adult, and with the Setagaya base (Tokoro's garage where he works and plays), every day seems like it would be a lot of fun.

Inoo: Oh, then you should be interested in the Todoroki Base as well (laughs). (T/N: A variety show hosted by Beat Takeshi from 2011 to 2015).

Arioka: That's Beat Takeshi-san's base. Anyway, a place like the base appeals to my male instincts and excites me!

Inoo: If I could be, I'd be Banksy. I'd like to surprise people by having my art suddenly appear all over the city.

Arioka: How about we swap places?

Inoo: Hmm... When I'm Dai-chan, I want to be "Mr. Johnny's Jr." and collaborate with Mr. Parker Jr. (laughs) (T/N: There aren't many sources about what this is, but I think it's a character connected to Chocopura, who appear on Hirunandesu with Daiki and Hika).

Arioka: That's just what you want to say. (laughs) When I'm Inoo-chan, I want to do my nails. Then, I'll just turn return it back to Inoo-chan.

Inoo: I'm happy to hear that. I think doing my nails would make me feel better.♪

Arioka: Inoo-chan can also change my appearance, but I don't want him to change the position of things in my house! Just please keep my scissors and knives in place and don't move them!

Inoo: Unfortunately, I'm not going to your house, so that's okay.

Kiwadoi Level 6
What if you became a girl?

Inoo: If I was a girl, I'd have a private photo session and have a lot of people take my picture.

Arioka: I'm sure Inoo-chan would be cute as a girl, and I'm sure he'd be approached without a doubt if she was walking around town. I bet he'd be scouted as a model! I want to walk outside in a skirt. I want to enjoy a different kind of fashion to boys.♪

Inoo: Eh~. I can see your ulterior motive, but it's a bit annoying to hear you talk about "a different kind of fashion to boys" (laughs).

Arioka: Eh? (laughs) But I feel like women spend their time differently to men. Also, the line for the bathroom is long, and I always thought it must be hard to be a girl.

Inoo: No, no, I think women enjoy taking the time to do their make-up. You don't know anything about women's hearts when you call that "hard". That's annoying (laughs).

Kiwadoi Level 7
What if you were to become an animal?

Inoo: Wouldn't Dai-chan be good as a penguin? Recently on the project for "Hirunandesu!", he wasn't getting along with them.

Arioka: Indeed (laughs).

Inoo: I think I'll be a lobster. I had a delicious lobster in my bento recently.

Arioka: Will you be eaten deliciously? (laughs) I thought Inoo-chan would be a cat.

Inoo: Wow, that's seriously possible. I'll just be taken care of.♡

Arioka: I would be a duck.

Inoo: When I hear the word duck, the only thing that comes to mind is "kamonanban"....Why? (T/N: Noodles with duck meat and Welsh onions).

Arioka: It's kind of a relaxing way to live, isn't it? Floating in a pond and raising young. And people are nice to ducks.

Inoo: It's a nice idol-like comment, but Dai-chan only sees the top of things. And that's how harsh the living conditions are for all the ducks that move across the road and change the environment and get help from everyone else. I'm annoyed that you're not looking at that properly (laughs).

Chinen Yuri x Yabu Kota

Who is the most 〇〇 amongst the members?

Kiwadoi Level 6
Who smells the best out of all the members...?

Chinen: I don't usually notice smells, but if it's a nice smell, wouldn't it be Ryosuke?

Yabu: Like he's wearing some kind of cool perfume. You know, as he bought it in New York...

Chinen: Right. He has a perfume that's only available in a few stores.

Yabu: Doesn't Yuto have it too?

Chinen: It's not the same perfume, but he bought it in the same store. I was with them at the time and I was the only one who wasn't interested.

Yabu: Don't you use the same perfume as Dai-chan before concerts?

Chinen: It's like a weird ritual where Inoo and I put on the same one that Dai-chan is using.

Yabu: I've worn perfume before a show to make me excited, but I don't use it on a daily basis. I can't help it if I smell good. I prefer the smell of fabric softener.

Chinen: I surprisingly wear it. I prefer a refreshing scent to a sweet scent.

Yabu: Let's see... (sniffs Chinen's scent) Oh, you are! It doesn't smell that strong!

Chinen: Let's see... (sniffs) Damn, he smells like he's 30 years old.

Yabu: Shut up! (laughs).

Kiwadoi Level 8
Who is the member who is the most unwilling to resign? (T/N: I'm not quite sure how to put this into English).

Yabu: Unwilling to resign? Like talking about the past all the time or something?

Chinen: I talk about the past pretty often. When I was about 21 years old, I have bitter memories of being left behind by Dai-chan on the ski slopes, and when something happened, I'd take it out on him.

Yabu: What was it like?

Chinen: I couldn't ski because I was injured, but Dai-chan went up there on his snowboard and didn't come back for a few hours. It was cold and I couldn't use my mobile phone, so I couldn't get in contact with him. I was waiting outside for him to return.

Yabu: If it was me, I'd go back to the lodging, take a bath and go to bed. That's a bit like being regretful, isn't it?

Chinen: We talk about this every time we talk about snowboarding or the slopes.

Yabu: When I was going to Hawaii with JUMP in the past, I stabbed Dai-chan silently with the sword charm on his necklace without saying a word and made him cry. He still tells me, "That was really painful." It's total power harassment.

Chinen: Exactly!

Yabu: I think I was in my first year of high school, and Dai-chan was in the eighth grade. So I couldn't tell right from wrong.

Chinen: No, no, that's not right (laughs).

Yabu: And I was like, "Why are you crying?" When we talk about stories, Dai-chan still says that to me.

Chinen: Well, maybe it's payback for what happened to me.

Yabu: That's it!

Kiwadoi Level 9
Who is the most generous and stingy amongst the members?

Chinen: Dai-chan is a generous person. When this girl came to see our concert, he would make her take a taxi home because it was too dangerous to go home by train. That might've been because we were around and said, "How sad".

Yabu: Also, isn't Hikaru generous? He took all of Snow Man and SixTones out to dinner, didn't he?

Chinen: That's amazing, right?

Yabu: The only junior I treat to dinner is Sakuma (Daisuke) (laughs). Also, doesn't Hikaru treat us at times when it doesn't make sense?

Chinen: I know, I know!

Yabu: After the concert in Nagoya, me, my classmate and his wife went out for dinner with Chinen and Hikaru. Normally, I would have thought that since my friends were there, I should be the one to treat them, but Hikaru, for some reason, said, "You invited me, so I'll pay"...

Chinen: Hahaha. That's it! Probably the kind of guy who gets generous when he's drunk and feeling good.

Yabu: In the end, he paid for everyone, my classmate and his wife, me and Chinen. I wondered "Why?" and thought it was strange.

Chinen: Who are the stingy members? It wouldn't be stingy unless it wasn't fitting, right?

Yabu: Right.

Chinen: So it means you don't like splitting the bill?

Yabu: Ah, but I often forget my wallet. I go out of the house without my wallet.

Chinen: Kota invited me and was like, "Let's go for dinner!" I was even going to make a reservation at a restaurant, but he suddenly said, "Sorry. I don't have my wallet with me". I even paid for the taxi home.

Yabu: Hahaha! I forgot that I didn't bring my wallet.

Chinen: When we're rehearsing for a concert, he will go from home straight to the site, so sometimes he'll put on his rehearsal clothes from home and leave without anything.

Yabu: Thank you for following up with me. And I'm like, "Chinen. Give me 5,000 yen for the taxi too." Thank you for everything, Chinen.

Yaotome Hikaru x Takaki Yuya

What have you 〇〇 recently?

Kiwadoi 6
What you laughed at recently

Takaki: I just laughed at Hikaru-kun the other day.

Yaotome: Eh?

Takaki: Weren't you caught by surprise on "Dokkiri GP"? (T/N: Dokkiri means getting shocked or caught by surprise, so Takaki is making a joke about the name of the TV show).

Yaotome: Ah~ You know, you did call me and said you watched it!

Takaki: I didn't know Hikaru-kun was going to be in it, so I was surprised when I watched him from home. Hikaru-kun's reactions were so funny, every single one of them made me laugh!

Yaotome: Thanks (laughs).

Takaki: You said, "No, that comment came up a lot!". That natural comment at the end was very Hikaru-kun-like that it was the highlight (laughs).

Yaotome: Hahaha. I have a story that made me laugh too. I didn't laugh that hard, though.

Takaki: You're not laughing!

Yaotome: I bought a camping kit that I wanted but didn't need so much... well, I bought this in the end after struggling with what I thought would be a useful item to have.

Takaki: What did you buy?

Yaotome: Normal wooden logs.

Takaki: Not a Swedish torch (a log with a cut in it, a tool used for fire), but really just logs?

Yaotome: Logs! I wanted to use it as a base for splitting firewood. Well, with some figuring it out, it's something I don't need.

Takaki: But it's also good for creating an atmosphere.

Yaotome: Right. If I put a lantern on it after I chopped the wood, it would give it an atmosphere. But when it arrived at my house, it was just logs in a cardboard box.

Takaki: Ahaha!

Yaotome: The impression was surreal (laughs). And when I thought about the fact that the courier guy worked so hard to deliver it, I had mixed feelings of feeling guilty and amusement...

Kiwadoi Level 6
What you made recently

Yaotome: I recommend Samgyeopsal (T:N: Grilled pork belly) because it's easy to make. I make it because I get a craving for pork when I'm tired.

Takaki: Eh~ how do you make it?

Yaotome: Cook the pork, top it with gochujang, wrap it with egoma leaves or Korean lettuce, and you're done.

Takaki: I see.

Yaotome: I think this is the easiest Korean food? I recently had another samgyeopsal party by myself.

Takaki: I'm proud of you for cooking for yourself. If I had to say so, the only thing I ever made was a clothes shelf.

Yaotome: The DIY one! Didn't you say you were making shelves before?

Takaki: That's different! Right now I'm building a shelf for jeans and stuff like that, like in a clothing store. I'm painting it and leaving it on the balcony to dry. All I have to do now is hook bracket and assemble it!

Yaotome: That kind of thing is cool, isn't it?

Takaki: Hikaru-kun is also doing that on "Hirunandesu!", right?

Yaotome: Yes, but when I'm doing it privately and alone, it's not so easy. But most of the furniture in my house is assembled. I can feel lightly DIY.

Takaki: On the other hand, I'd rather not read those kinds of instructions and just assemble them.

Yaotome: Really? Well, I lose screws and other parts a lot.

Takaki: Is that okay? (laughs).

Yaotome: Maybe. But guys like to make things from scratch by themselves, right?

Takaki: You also had time in self-quarantine.

Yaotome: It's nice because you can be carefree.

Takaki: Yeah. I've always wanted to do something like that. You know those mini motorcycles (T/N: I think Yuya means scooters) that the delivery guys ride? I want to build that from scratch.

Yaotome: Eh! Can you build that? That's very adult-like model-building.

Kiwadoi Level 7
What you noticed recently

Yaotome: I've been amazed at how fast they've been making masks lately! If you notice, there are a lot of different masks from different manufacturers.

Takaki: I often see people wearing masks I've never seen before. I think Hikaru-kun also wears a mask that doesn't look like a normal one, right?

Yaotome: I've been dancing a lot more with the release of our new song, so I bought a running mask. It's easy to breathe in, it doesn't slip off, and it's wonderful!

Takaki: Masks are evolving, right? I use ordinary white masks. I have a stock of them at home.

Yaotome: We're used wearing masks because it's important to protect our throats and other things in our job.

Takaki: Yeah. We're probably not as stuffy and cramped as most people. I've recently noticed that I like ...... tokoroten (T/N: Japanese food) (laughs).

Yaotome: You finally noticed?

Takaki: Finally. A friend of mine sent me some delicious tokoroten.

Yaotome: It's good when it's slippery like noodles.

Takaki: It's not that I've ever hated or liked it. It was refreshing and easier to eat than what I remembered.

Yaotome: I've loved it since I was a kid. Whenever I got hungry in the middle of the night, I would always be eating tokoroten, so I had a feeling of tokoroten as I grew up. And I heard it makes you have good bowel movements.

Takaki: Is that so?

Yaotome: Apparently. If you're having a bad day, you might want to try it.
