1. What to give her as a gift

If there's something she wants, you can go together to buy it and turn it into a surprise!
At Christmas time, people tend to be more inclined towards items that are more wintery, but I like to choose items that are for spring or summer. I want to give her something that she can look forward to, not just now, but in the future. And it would be nice if I could give it to her in at the restaurant we usually go to without putting on a show.

2. Decide on a reward for yourself

I'm not really materialistic, but if I had to choose, I'd say I want a TV, the latest high-definition type with 4K or 8K support. I play games a lot, but the picture quality of today's TVs can't really keep up (laughs). I play both, online and offline games. I'm addicted to a competitive game that was recommended to me by Kaito from King & Prince as being fun and I enjoy playing it with my juniors because it's a team game. I'm also the type to watch movies and videos on TV, so I think my quality of life will improve if I buy a new TV set.

3. What gives you confidence

I started doing martial arts three years ago and now I do simple kickboxing. I'm so addicted to it that on days when I work in the afternoon, I head to the gym in the morning. I think this is a martial arts thing, but I'm not afraid to walk around town anymore. It gives me the confidence to protect myself and the people around me if something goes wrong. I've gained strength, my metabolism has improved and my physical make-up has changed and I can control my weight better. Not only does it relieve stress by getting your body moving, but it's an aerobic exercise and it's well-balanced. It's a great thing.

4. My take on "beauty"

I think beauty isn't just about the neck up, it's about using your whole body.
It doesn't matter if it's sport or dance, and that's where I'd really recommend martial arts. There are women-only gyms nowadays, and if you learn from a professional, you can face yourself without ruining your body. If you have a step in your dancing that you're not good at, you'll realise that you're not very strong in your legs. So working on the lower half of your body will help you to improve your hips, and if you pay attention to your stomach and arms, it will help you to shape up. Plus, sweating makes your skin look better too! When you move your body, you can really enjoy your day to day life and I think it makes your expressions come alive. I think mind and appearance (T/N: Hika uses face 顔 here) are connected.

5. If I wasn't doing this job

I think I would open a ramen shop, because it's been my favourite food since I was young.
I would train at a restaurant where I fell in love with the taste, and from there I want to make ramen based on my own tastes and the needs of my customers. During Stay Home, I couldn't go to eat at restaurants, so I made it myself. I was very particular about it and was like, "Okay, I'll do it myself" (laughs). I have a particular liking for iekei ramen, so I sometimes drive a bit far for it. Kanagawa is a great spot for me at the moment. There are so many good restaurants there!

6. When you change your hairstyle

It seems like I might have the tendency to change my hair to suit my mood, but I actually often change it for work.
Whenever we're about to release a new song or something like that, I change it.
When I look back on it later, I remember that I was doing this job when I had this type of hairstyle.
I leave the styling up to the hairdresser in general, but I decide on the colour myself.
I've tried all sorts of colours, and I'll mix this one with this one.
I know a lot about mixing dyes (laughs).

7. Every morning routine that has changed!

I used to be the type of person who would wake up in the morning and head straight to work. I used to wake up in the dressing room while doing my make-up (laughs). Recently, when I wake up, I open the curtains and do some light stretches by twisting my neck and body. Then I make a cup of coffee and watch the news while drinking it. As I wake up, I do some firm stretches, then go to the sandbag, and after sweating, I wash my face. This is a great way to start my day.

8. The future as Hey! Say! JUMP

I have so many things I want to do! I want to try music that I haven't even experienced yet. The kind of music that can't be put together under the category of ballad or rock. I also want to learn more and more about the variety shows we are apart of and the different fields we work in, so that we can bring out all our own personalities.

9. About Your Song

It's the slowest tempo we've ever done, but that made it easier to put our thoughts into the lyrics.
Now that we've grown up a bit, I think we've become more comfortable singing songs like this.
The coupling songs were also written by artists, so although it's a single, it's like a a mini album in its own right.
I think it's a work that brings out the characters in each of us, so please listen to it!
